Terms & Conditions of exchange and refund :
All returns & exchanges are on a case by case basis.
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you desire to return anything purchased from us, we will gladly refund or exchange a product as long as it is in a fully resalable condition. Items must be intact together with full packaging and accessories provided in the packaging. Returns must be made within a resalable time period (7 days) and in the original, undamaged packing. If we find that the item was not returned to us in completely resalable condition, we have the right to reject a refund. If you are returning an item due to an error on our side or because it is damaged or faulty, we will reimburse the original shipping charges only.
