Sales Specialist

A Sales Coordinator’s role in a company entails supporting the sales team in attaining the monthly as well as annual targets and operates with the company to achieve its targets and goals. He / She is instrumental in assuring focused and productive communication with the new and existing customers, buyers and agents. A Sales Coordinator resolves all complex inquiries and ensures customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing and customers.
· Supporting the outlet team in attaining sales targets.
· Updating the status of sales order in the database or computer.
· Maintaining an efficient work environment.
· Assisting in the implementation of promotions and other sales strategy prepared by the Store Manager or Marketing.

· Relevant training in telephone sales.
· Prepare, explain, recommend, demo or test products and sell to customer
· Assist in stock replenishment and maintain cleanliness in sales area
· Arrange delivery and installation service for customer

Customer Service Assistants

Customer Service Assistants are responsible for answering queries of customers via either phone or face-to-face. Their major responsibility is to keep current or up-to-date information regarding all products, procedures, and services of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Accepting order inquiries from customers and responding with follow up queries.
· Responding to routine customer inquiries regarding products and services of the company.
· Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
· Following up with customers to ensure high-level satisfaction and determining future requirements.
· Preparing, generating and distributing order acknowledgements and daily reports to appropriate personnel.
· Compiling sales data and gathering information about potential distributors and competitors.
· Maintaining database of customer contacts.

Skills and Specifications:

· Interest in helping and working with customers.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
· Should be polite, friendly, tactful and presentable
· Should be able to pick up customer service skills.
· Ability to type and product knowledge.
· Should be calm and patient.
