2. The warranty does not cover power surges or lightning strikes that result in the camera/ NVR PCB board being burnt or damaged.
3. Should additional trip is required due to circumstances beyond our control such as lack of power supply or internet service not available additional charge will apply.
4. Transport charge estimate: Marina Area, CBD, City hall, Orchard, Tanglin, Keppel $45 Exception Sentosa $90. All other districts $90. Exception Jurong Island $125.
5. Packages have to be intact for exchange.
6. Free onsite within the first 1 month for transport.
